Pakistan first appeared in G.I. Combat #39 (August, 1956). It is the native land of Dr. Mahreen Zaheer, who first appeared in Batman Annual Vol 2 #2 (September, 2013). While a trained doctor, she works as an orderly (as her medical degree from Pakistan did not transfer) at Arkham Asylum.
